Fairy Forest and Afternoon Tea

Dragging out the birthday celebrations now with the final birthday event!

Firstly on Saturday Andy and I had our usual discussion about where to go on a walk. Andy always suggests the 4 mile circular route which goes from our house which I hate because I ran and walked it a million times during covid and there is literally nothing of interest! We compromised (by which I mean, I won) and did a different walk from home that took us 7 miles past llamas and 2 pubs. infinitely more interesting than the other walk.

Sunday was birthday afternoon tea in a forest with fairies at Dreamery Gardens. It was the most loveliest of afternoons as there was hardly anyone there and the forest trail is so well done with all the fairy houses to find. The afternoon tea was totally amazing, because everything was homemade and not just because it included twiglets and olive soil! Everything was delicious, although I did have major FOMO seeing what other tables around us were eating, so it’s going back on the list to return to another day.
